This
Killarney B&B is run by John and Freda Sheehan, a couple
predestined to have their own guesthouse. Both bring a wealth of
experience and a bundle of awards from their previous careers.
Freda was
a hotel manager in a previous life and has experience in the
hospitality industry at the highest level. John worked as a chef in
various 4 and 5 star hotels and restaurants. He is currently vice
president of the Irish World Master Chefs Society and captain of the
Irish team, which travelled the world and won the World Banqueting
Championships in Sweden in 2003.
