Killarney National Park

The essence of Killarney is it’s natural beauty. The Killarney Valley with it’s lakes, forests, parkland, castles, and monasteries is, in the words of Arthur Vincent, who presented Muckross to the Irish Nation, ‘a playground for the world’. We want you to enjoy this great natural treasure.

There are 10,000 hectres of mountains, woodlands and lakes to explore!  and within this you can visit Kate Kearney’s Cottage, The Gap of Dunloe, Muckross House and Gardens, Torc Waterfall, take a boat through the wonderful Lakes of Killarney, Muckross Abbey and lots lots more.

A truly Killarney experience, is the 250 year old Gap of Dunloe Trip it is the oldest and most traditional ,a wonderful tour through the more remote parts of Killarney National Park. Where you can walk, cycle take a jaunting car through the Gap followed by boat across the Lakes and finishing up at Ross Castle.  A truely wonderful experience.Torc waterfall
